A portion of this picture is the background for my header. I am moved by it. It captures the essence of my hopes for my own family as we mature. I look forward to the day when multiple generations are sitting around my table around God’s Word.
In the mean time, the image is a daily reminder to spend time in Family Worship each day and invite others to our table to share with us the sustenance found in the scriptures.
From Deuteronomy 6:
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one! You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
“And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
